Ed & Teri were absolutely awesome when it came to purchasing our first home! Ed found us exactly what we were looking for, and when we saw the old school house built in 1863 we knew we had to have it! The whole process was easy as could be, even when some issues with our jobs came up Ed was willing and able to make everything work and get us into our home as soon as possible. In August we will have been here for 3 years and this home is absolutely perfect for our growing family (we have one son and are expecting our second in June). I would recommend Ed and Teri to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home.

Ed and Teri were wonderful to work with from the time we put our house up for sale all the way to closing on our new home. They were there every step of the way. They had shown us multiple homes over and over again because we could not decide what we wanted, they never grew tired of meeting us and showing us the house again discussing the pros and cons of each home. Ed and Teri were great to work with. They were flexible on times for showings and got us in quickly to see homes. They also offered us honest, professional opinions without adding any pressure or rushing us through the process. My fiance and myself couldn't be happier with our experience with Ed & Teri. We were first time home buyers with a budget, and Ed went above and beyond to insure that we found exactly what we wanted. We have been in our home, a schoolhouse from 1863, almost exactly one year, and we couldn't be happier! Ed & Teri made our first experience purchasing a home easy and quick. Even with some unforeseen hurdles that came our way our settlement Ed & Teri worked to make sure our settlement ran smoothly and we were able to get into the house ASAP. This was especially great because in March we welcomed our first son into the world, and we had our own place to take our little guy home to!

We met Teri by looking at a property she had listed. We had interviewed several agents before we met Teri. We were impressed by her responsiveness to our needs. We had her and Ed come out and view our home. Other agents wanted to list it 35,000 less then what they suggested. They did multiple open houses and sold our home in a little over three months . They are now assisting us in building a new home. Anyone who wants an agent who listens and responds quickly to your needs should give them a call. Always open and honest with us. Would definitely recommend them to others.

I am a first time homeowner and found Ed and Terri on Zillow by chance. They were very helpful in my search for a home. They took the time to show homes to me as soon as possible, and gave their honest opinion on all aspects of each property. I really had no experience house hunting, or putting an offer on a house, and they really took the time to explain things step by step. If you want to sell your home, Ed & Terri Lutz/Freeman are the Real Estate Professionals you need! They go above and beyond what you expect from Real Estate Agents. We needed to move quickly, and Ed worked with us practically day and night to make sure the sale went smoothly. We didn't have to worry about showings and eventually the sale, Ed took care of all the details masterfully. He managed to get our house sold, when sales in the area we were living in were almost impossible. You cannot go wrong with the Lutz/Freeman team working for you. We are so thankful for everything they did for us!

We love Ed and Teri! I was a huge pain in the butt and had a million questions as this was my first time purchasing a home. Ed was always there with a quick response and walked us through every detail of the process. He also referred us to a great home inspector and loan officer. He was upfront and honest and not the least bit pushy. We never felt rushed or pressured. We will definitely be recommending them to all of our friends and family!

I put my house in Reading PA on the market through Ed & Teri the 3rd week of April. They held 4 open houses over the next several weeks and after only 7 weeks I had a buyer. They even drove to Bethlehem PA several times (about 40 miles from Reading) to show me houses to purchase. I found one that I liked and they coordinated everything perfectly. I had settlement on both houses the same day July 30.

Ed was great in helping us find a home, and he took care of all the talking and the legal processes to ensure that as a first Time home buyer things went smoothly. Although we didn't communicate much through the process, I was assured that if an issue came up he'd let me know.

Ed was so personable throughout the entire experience. He was by our side from start to finish and then came to celebrate at our house warming party! Very quick to respond to any and all questions...and I had A LOT of questions! We always felt like he was on our side and had our best interests in mind.

Ed sold my mother's home in a very trying real estate market and in a difficult area. He persevered and got the job done. I would highly recommend him and his staff.

Extremely detailed and patient and what makes them stand out is that they get involved personally and truly understand your needs. I really can't imagine getting any better service.

Both Teri and Ed go the extra mile for every client, no question. I have known them for several years and they both have a great understanding of how to get a deal done. Very personable and down-to-earth. They both work hard to show you what you want to see. No deal is too big or small for them, and they always work hard to satisfy their client. When my mortgage pre-qualification fell through, they were able to contact another another mortgage company immediate that was able to qualify me immediately! I highly recommend them to make your home buying or selling experience a good one!

From beginning to the end Ed and Teri were really persistent, informative, and trustworthy. They really made us feel comfortable with the big decisions we were making through the house buying process. Ed and Teri explained things to us in a way that we understood. I had tried to sell my home myself and after 6 months trying to sell it with very little exposure I offered Ed the chance even though he wasn't 1 of 3 companies that I interviewed. Ed didn't know me at all and while I was trying to sell my home myself had said more then once he was sending people over to drive by and look it over and would be willing to start the process if one was interested. Ed never pressured me to sign on with Prudential real estate but I remembered his personality was pleasant and trusting. So I went outside of my 3 choices for listing my home and Ed assured me he had confidence my home would sell. Ed had I believe 3 Sunday showings from Early November into December which to me isn't prime house hunting time and had my home under contract to sell before the Christmas Holiday which was a gift to me for sure. Final Closing happened within about 5 weeks. His persistence and willing to Open my home up for Sunday viewers to come walk through lead to a quick sale even though Football Games were going on during that season. It's too easy to sit back and wait for people to call and look at a home for sale but Ed had several Open houses which brought the Curious inside for a closer look without obligation. Back in 2010, I made the decision to sell my condo that I had lived in for over 12 years and purchase in another development that provided more amenities. My name is Michael H. I had sevral issues to overcome when it came to buying a home. I had gone through what I will consider an extreamly difficult time in my life. One by one the stumbling blocks came down. On August 7th 2014 I became a proud homeowner.
